Due to the selling and buying of physical artwork, there will be NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS. A lot of time, money, and effort is put into each individual artwork which is why there will be no refunds or cancellations.
Custom Art by Koa is not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address so please double check your shipping address during check out. Plants sent to the wrong address due to the wrong address entered at checkout cannot be rectified by us, it must be by the customer.
Custom Art by Koa is not responsible for weather damages. At this time we do not have heat packs for areas that have a temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below during daytime or less. Please note that your plant will be packed and shipped with insulation to keep the plant warm.
Custom Art by Koa is not responsible for any postal delays or setbacks. If your package came in later than the expected date and the plants are very stressed, browning, and wilted contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that you email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) a picture or pictures of the box and plant(s), with detailed information on why you feel the plant is not in proper condition after shipping. We will do our best to rectify the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Custom Art by Koa is not responsible for declining plants been repotted into a different pot or in different soil. Note that these are live plants and they need 2 weeks minimum to acclimate to their new home. We strongly suggest keeping the plant in its soil and pot for 2 weeks. If the plant is repotted and transplanted, we cannot ensure that the decline of the plant was by human error on our part, or by the shock of being repotted and/or transplanted by the seller. Repot an transplant your plant at your own risk.
Unless noted, all photos are of the exact plant you will receive. If there is a change in your plant (leaf loss) you will be notified before shipping.
Please note, some leaf damage and plant stress should be expected, as these are live plants being shipped in a dark box and are subject to rough handling and sometimes extreme weather. We package with care to reduce as much risk as possible, but we cannot guarantee how the plant will handle the stress of shipping.
