THE PROCESS

At Custom Art By Koa, we strive to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear, and transparent. Read on to see the customized artwork purchasing process below. If you can’t find the exact information you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll do our very best to help you out.

THE PROCESS

1. Order/Purchase your desired Item from the Shop

  • Take the time to choose your preference within the art that you choose (click the sections to customize background colors, type of quote, background types, etc)

  • If you purchased the "Custom Pet Portraits" upload your images at https://www.customartbykoa.com/upload-images.  IMAGE SUBMISSIONS MUST BE DONE AFTER COMPLETING THE PURCHASE (your order number is needed). Once the information is received, you will receive a confirmation of the image and the art preferences that was chosen

2. Add it to the cart

  • If you have questions on an item, reach out to us and we will help you out with your purchase

3. Once the item(s) and the preferences are chosen, check the items out of the cart and complete the payment via Paypal

  •  You should expect an email with an update in a day or two.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. For any of the "Quote Series", please allow 3-4 days for the artwork to be completed, and then the chosen time at checkout for it to be shipped. 

2. For the "Custom Pet Portraits and Custom Commissions" please allow 2-3 weeks for the artwork to be completed, and then the chosen time at checkout for it to be shipped.
